The goal of this file is to give new (and old) owners a better idea of
how to fill out the forms we use in the Original Bitnet Fantasy
Baseball League.  The forms which are covered in this file are:

                        I. Lineup Cards
                       II. Statcards

Hopefully this will clear up any questions you have about these cards.

The reason we are using specific formats for the lineup cards and
statcards is to allow a computer program to sort and store the
league's data and statistics.  The program is only used in cumulative
statistics, so it is critical that startcards are filled out properly,
based on the form here.  Note that specific "transaction card" forms
which were previously included in this file are now obsolete.

I. Lineup Cards

The standard format of the lineup card is shown below:

The five position players and the DH are shown first, with their
backup(s) to the right.  Multiple backups may be listed for a
position.  Next come the outfielders, listed in order of playing
preference.  The pitchers are next, starting pitchers listed on the
left and relief pitchers listed on the right.

II. Statcards

The following is a blank copy of a OBFLB statcard.  It must be filled
out using WEEKLY stats and in accordance with the rules of the league.
There is no need to include unused backups.  Please read the
guidelines for completeing statcards, also available on the WWW
server.  Statcards are due to the "Stat Lady", now Dave Foard, by
midnight on Friday.
