OBFLB World Series Champions

In the early years, the records are a bit sketchy. There's no info about the
1989A playoffs on file, in 1989B there weren't any playoffs, and in 1991 the
season was partly cancelled. 

I'm still planning to make a list of the runners up as well.

Here's my excuse: my first full season was 1992B, Randall already had
2 champs by then. BTW, my all-time W-L % would be better except that I
get "credit" for all of 1992 A even though I was Dick O'Leary's AGM
for most of that season. Of course, my all-time wins total would be
lowered if this action were taken.
